This gathering focuses on:
- Growing leaders in personal example and responsibility
- Developing language around leadership culture
- Developing second generation leaders
- Tactics around developing leadership pipeline further and refocusing on multiplication
Our hope (prayer) is for an in-person gathering. We are planning for either in-person or online and will determine exact dates in early 2021.
